Choose the order type (Dine-in, Takeaway)

This feature allows you to specify the customer's order type, whether it is dine-in or takeaway, and issue an appropriate invoice showing the order type, its details, and additions. This helps the staff prepare the order quickly.

Support for adding items to the order

The ability to define order-related additions, whether at an extra cost or included in the base price, such as: (extra meat, cheese, mushrooms, lettuce, etc.). You can also specify how many additions can be added to the order.

Manage delivery companies' orders

This feature allows you to add delivery companies such as (HungerStation, Jahez, Careem, etc.), set the menu and pricing for each company, and automatically track financial accounts. When an order is received from a company, the cashier can enter it into the POS and issue and print the invoice easily.

Manage kitchen orders

Comprehensive management and tracking of orders inside the kitchen by linking the invoice to multiple printers, allowing each department to receive its corresponding ticket. For example, drink orders are directed to the beverage section. This facilitates the organization of restaurant orders.

This feature manages table-specific orders, whether indoor or outdoor, making it easier to know if a table is occupied or available, and track the number of orders per table.

Custom invoice design

Design your invoice in a way that matches your restaurant’s brand by choosing: (font, colors, size, etc.), along with attaching the restaurant’s logo.

Open order invoices

This feature makes it easier to take dine-in orders by creating an open invoice that can be edited at any time and closed when the customer is ready to pay.

Define multiple branch pricing

Ability to set product prices in the control panel per branch, allowing each branch to have different pricing.

Track canceled orders from open invoices

Allows you to track any cancellation of open invoice orders for dine-in tables. You can enable or disable this feature at any time.

Phone orders inside the restaurant

Ability to register phone orders using the customer's phone number and begin preparing them, with the option to pay upon pickup from the branch.
